Day #8: Don’t forget your regular routine
The holidays can throw everyone off
•Neglecting your oral hygiene routine can have serious long-term consequences – it only takes two minutes to brush thoroughly twice a day and another minute or so to floss!
•Get a good and healthy amount of sleep each night, drink plenty of water, and take time to exercise.
Keeping a schedule for yourself will be beneficial in the long run, but it will also make for a happier holiday season.
