Day #9 – Add Mouthwash Into Your Routine
Mouthwash is an important part of your oral health care because of its ability to flow in between in between your teeth and all throughout your mouth. Which means it can irrigate smaller areas that your toothbrush and even dental floss cannot reach.
Not all mouthwashes are the same. Some mouthwashes are not purposefully meant to prevent cavities. Read the label to make sure you are buying what you want or need.
Depending on what benefits you are looking for, you can choose from five different types of mouthwash; cosmetic, antiseptic, fluoride, natural, and prescription. No matter which mouthwash you choose, always look for the ADA Seal of Acceptance. With the endorsement of the ADA, you can trust that the product is safe.
